About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced AMS Lead to manage Application Maintenance and Support (AMS) operations for multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects within the banking sector. This role is responsible for the stability, performance, and continuous enhancement of CRM platforms that support critical banking functions.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM, strong understanding of banking processes, and proven experience leading cross-functional onshore and offshore teams.
Key Responsibilities
AMS Delivery & Operations
- Lead day-to-day AMS operations for multiple Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
- Manage incident resolution, service requests, change tickets, and problem management in line with SLAs.
- Oversee environment stability, capacity planning, and application health checks.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for AMS-related communication across business and IT.
- Conduct service reviews, performance reporting, and incident trend analysis with stakeholders.
- Partner with CRM functional leads, BAs, and development teams to support business goals.
Team & Vendor Coordination
- Lead and manage onshore/offshore support teams with effective communication and task delegation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners for CRM maintenance and integrations.
Continuous Improvement & Enhancements
- Drive service delivery improvements, automation, and incident reduction initiatives.
- Lead minor enhancements, change requests (CRs), and optimization activities.
- Maintain governance, documentation, and updated knowledge base repositories.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of IT experience, including minimum 3 years in an AMS leadership role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement), especially Sales & Customer Service modules.
- Banking or financial services domain experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing integrations with core banking systems, third-party apps, and data services.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and AMS best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
