We are looking for an AMS Support Engineer to provide application support and ensure smooth IT operations across enterprise systems. The role involves managing incidents, troubleshooting issues, supporting enhancements, and maintaining system stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2/L3 support for applications and resolve incidents
Perform root cause analysis and implement fixes
Handle change requests, enhancements, and deployments
Support testing (SIT/UAT) and production releases
Monitor system performance and ensure availability
Maintain technical documentation and follow IT security standards
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders
Requirements:
3-7 years of experience in Application Support / AMS
Strong knowledge of SQL, debugging, and incident management
Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools
Exposure to technologies like PeopleSoft, .NET, Azure, or Data Analytics (preferred)
Good communication and problem-solving skills
