Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technology Project Manager with strong AML/KYC domain knowledge to lead and coordinate system build initiatives within the financial services space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex tech projects, aligning business requirements with technical implementation, and working across multiple stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end project delivery including planning, coordination, and execution of all deliverables leading up to IT Change (ITC).
Collaborate with Business Units (BU) to review and validate BRDs, operating models, and process designs.
Consolidate impact assessments, effort estimates, and cost breakdowns across affected tech teams and systems.
Define and manage implementation plans, risk mitigation strategies, and issue resolution processes.
Refine business benefits and business cases in alignment with overall project delivery strategy
Mandatory Requirements:
Fircosoft experience for Payment screening module OR Name Screening experience OR FBA with workflow experience
Prior experience in Banking + End to end system implementation
