Key Responsibilities
Perform accounts support functions including invoice processing, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Maintain accurate filing systems for financial documents and administrative records
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processes and bank reconciliations
- Provide general administrative support including correspondence, document preparation, and office coordination
- Support the Office Manager and Director with daily operational and administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations
Degree qualification preferred.. in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good numerical aptitude and analytical skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while supporting team objectives
- Prior experience in accounts or administrative roles would be advantageous
- Meticulous approach to record-keeping and documentation
