Summary:

As an Enterprise Architect, you will define and implement enterprise architecture strategies and operating models. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to articulate a compelling vision for enterprise architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals, and developing a transformation roadmap that guides the organization towards its target state. You will engage in discussions that shape the architectural landscape, facilitating the integration of technology and business processes to drive efficiency and innovation across the enterprise.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME.

- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain architectural documentation to ensure clarity and alignment across teams.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.

- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and deployment models.

- Experience with enterprise integration patterns and technologies.

- Familiarity with microservices architecture and API management.

- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
