Requirements
- Degree in any healthcare discipline
- At least 6 to 8 years experience overseeing the planning and professional development a team of Allied Health Professionals (AHP)
- Strong experience within the Medical/Healthcare environment that consist of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Social Work or Speech & Language Therapy
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Experience in working with Senior, Middle level management to develop the appropriate learning and development strategies.
