Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Participation in Industry Standards and Technical Engagement

  • Participate in technical discussions and meetings related to AI-RAN Alliance, 3GPP, O-RAN, and other relevant industry organizations.
  • Track the latest technological developments in AI-RAN, 6G, and wireless communications.

AI-RAN Core Algorithm Research and Development

  • Lead the research, design, and development of core AI-RAN algorithms.

Technology Strategy and Product Delivery

  • Contribute to technology roadmap planning and drive the commercialization and deployment of innovative solutions.

Cross-Functional and Customer Collaboration

  • Collaborate effectively with internal cross-functional teams and external customers to deliver technical solutions.

Patent Development and Advanced Research

  • Conduct forward-looking technology research and contribute to patent applications and intellectual property development.

Qualifications

  • Solid foundation in wireless communications and algorithm development, with strong knowledge of 4G/5G NR, 3GPP specifications, and O-RAN architecture.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, including machine learning and deep learning.
  • Strong technical innovation capability and system architecture design skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to participate in international technical exchanges and standardization activities.
  • Experience with telecom operators, network equipment vendors, or the telecommunications industry is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in related fields.
