Our client is seeking a leading Advertising Recommendation Algorithm Expert to join their team in Singapore.
Job Description
- Design and implement advanced reasoning algorithms for large language models, enabling them to solve complex, multi-step problems, perform logical deductions, and engage in abstract thinking.
- Propose and implement new techniques for improving recommendation quality, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and multi-arm bandit algorithms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in recommendation systems, machine learning, and advertising technology.
- Implement machine learning techniques such as collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, and hybrid methods to improve ad relevance and user experience.
- Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, product managers, and other teams to integrate recommendation algorithms into advertising platforms and applications.
- Work with business and marketing teams to ensure the recommendation models meet strategic advertising objectives and user engagement goals.
Requirements
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in developing recommendation algorithms, with a focus on large datasets, user behavior data, and real-time recommendation systems.
- Expertise in machine learning techniques such as collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, matrix factorization, and deep learning.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for innovative advertising technologies and improving user experience through data-driven decision-making.
- Track record of publications in TOP AI conferences (Recsys, KDD, NIPS, ICML, ACL)
