Job Description

Algorithm Engineer(Search & Recommendation)

Join a global leader in AI innovation that's building the next generation of large language models and intelligent agent systems to solve complex, real-world problems at scale.

We're looking for Algo Engineers with deep expertise in search and recommendations to build up the company's search functions and recall/ranking algorithms.

This is an opportunity to work on production-grade AI applications with live users.

Responsibilities

  • Lead algorithm design across multiple relevant domains
  • Lead the implementation for the recall and ranking algorithms
  • Lead improvements in relevance, CTR, CVR and GMV

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Machine Learning, AI, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong grasp and at least 3 years of working experience in search or recommendations as their main focus
  • Experience with modern search and recommendation techniques like vector search and LLM Powered search
  • Experience with live or large commercial products is a plus
