Job Description

The Value Delivery function within Aladdin Client Engagement (ACE) is responsible for helping clients maximize the value of their Aladdin investment through deep workflow expertise, data driven insights, and hands on partnership across functional stakeholders at our enterprise clients.

As part of the ACE organization, you will serve as a consultative partner, bridging client needs with Aladdin's capabilities. You will be responsible for strategic client initiatives, drive adoption of Aladdin functionality, and ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes aligned to their business and investment objectives.

We are seeking a multifaceted and experienced Director to join our Aladdin Client Engagement (ACE) team in support of our growth in the Asia Pacific region. The position will play a pivotal role in growing execution of regional client initiatives with maximum scale as well as strategic and commercial alignment with our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Client Value Delivery: Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in Front Office, Trading & Operations, and/or Private Markets, helping them translate business priorities into actionable Aladdin solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen the adoption of Aladdin functionality, improve workflow efficiency, and unlock commercial value through enhanced usage. Lead or contribute to strategic client change programs (such as asset onboarding, workflow redesign, system retirements, TOM changes, and optimization initiatives) using deep hands-on expertise in Aladdin and/or eFront to drive measurable business impact.
  • Industry and Workflow Expertise: Provide thought leadership on workflows across investment lifecycle segments, using insights from global client engagement patterns and industry best practices.
  • Partner closely with clients to diagnose workflow and identify opportunities for optimization and commercial product adoption.
  • Client Relationship Engagement & Governance: Partner with sales teams to align the Value Delivery strategy with multiyear client roadmaps. Ensure client sentiment, adoption trends, and escalations are supervised and surfaced proactively. Support Aladdin governance models through ongoing book of work reviews and strategic relationship engagements.
  • Product & Innovation Advocacy: Serve as client liaison to evolve Aladdin product roadmap priorities and accelerate impactful delivery for APAC markets. Educate clients on Aladdin capabilities and provide structured feedback loops to improve product fit and drive detailed adoption.

- Proven track record to engage senior stakeholders, drive cross functional alignment, and manage sophisticated client needs.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business relevant insights and eloquent value propositions clearly. Strong analytical mindset and demonstrated ability to lead multi-workstream programs. Strong understanding of the investment management lifecycle and hands-on experience in one or more of:
Front Office & Risk: Portfolio Management and Analytics

Post trade: Trading, Trade Operations, Derivative Operations, Asset Servicing, Compliance

Alternatives (Private Markets, Private Credit, Real Assets) workflows
Attributes: Strategic thinker with strong business acumen. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders. Highly motivated and results oriented. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Fluency in local Asian language preferred to support regional clients in South East Asia and North Asia. (Thai, Korean, Japanese, etc.)
