Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of buy-side and sell-side investment research workflows and core research use cases
• Translate analyst research methodologies,information-processing logic, and investment frameworks into scalable products
• Work closely with Al, engineering, and data teams to design Al agents and research workflows for professional investors
• Communicate with institutional clients and drive continuous product iteration and execution
• Design Al-driven experiences for research.information discovery, and decision support.
• Help transform complex investment research capabilities into scalable product systems

Requirements

• Prior experience in buy-side, sell-side, or financial research environments
• Strong understanding of industry research, equity analysis, and institutional investment workflows
• Strong interest in Al agents, LLMs, and Al-native products
• Excellent product thinking,information abstraction,and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with engineering teams
• Experience in technology, fintech, or startup environments is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong product sense/ Experienced in full stack development/ Experienced in design
• Experienced in researching U.S. equities or global markets
• Hands-on experience with Al tools such as ChatGPT Cursor, Claude, or agent workflows
• Background in coding, data analysis, or Al application development
• Experienced in building complex research or professional workflow products
