Job Summary
You will manage warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment at Changi Airport.
Responsibilities
- Receive, pick, pack, and ship orders accurately while maintaining system transaction records
- Transfer materials using pallet jacks safely between storage locations
- Perform inventory cycle counts and participate in stock take activities to maintain stock accuracy
- Ensure orders are delivered on time with export permits prepared when required
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to maintain stock integrity and quality in warehouse operations
- Collaborate with other departments to expedite revenue orders, shipment authorizations, and non-routine shipments
- Prepare and verify shipping documents to ensure timely dispatch
- Prepare declaration documents for strategic goods before shipment
- Follow instructions and complete assigned tasks within the team effectively
- Support user acceptance testing for new process requirements in SAP (knowledge of SAP is a plus)
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum O Level or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of warehouse or distribution experience
- Basic oral, verbal, and written proficiency in English to communicate effectively
- Ability to maintain stock integrity and handle goods weighing up to 10 kg
- Basic computer skills and experience using Oracle systems (basic WMS module knowledge is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a warehouse environment
