Job Summary:
- Basic Salary range $2000 - $2500
- $5000 sign on bonus
- Shift Allowance $240
- Working days: 6 days (Duty roster)
- Working hours: Rotating Shifts
- Working Location: Changi Airport
- Annual Increment + AWS + Variable Bonus + Training Provided
- Annual Leave 12 days
Job Responsibilities:
- Menu Knowledge: Know our food & drinks well, especially the Singapore Hawker Fair. Share allergen and dietary info accurately.
- Service Prep: Polish glassware & cutlery, set up stations and tables to high standards.
- Guest Service: Welcome guests, take orders, serve dishes, clear tables, and assist with food running when needed.
- Operations: Use POS systems, support inventory checks, and maintain daily reports.
- Guest Support: Handle special requests, assist with service recovery, and follow safety, hygiene, and data protection protocols.
Job Requirements:
- GCE N/O/A Level or Diploma in any discipline
- 1-3 years relevant working experience.
- Able to commit to a 6 day work week on rotating shifts (24/7), including weekends and Public Holidays.
- Neat and well-groomed appearance with a professional demeanour.
- Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality will be an advantage
