Airline Procurement Executive

Basic information:

• Basic up to $4200 + AWS + VB
• 9am - 5.45pm (Monday - Friday), 9am - 1pm (Saturday)
• Company transport provided
• Hybird working arrangement after probation

Job scope:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with airlines and carriers.
• Source and negotiate competitive airfreight rates to optimize costs.
• Coordinate closely with export operations to ensure precise documentation, invoicing, and data transmission via the forwarding sub-ledger.
• Keep updated on flight routes, airline cost structures, and share relevant carrier notices and surcharge changes with internal teams.
• Work directly with airlines to secure and manage space allocations efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and maintain high customer satisfaction.
