AIRFREIGHT SUPERVISOR (IMPORT/EXPORT)

Job Description

. Oversees Daily Air cargo operations

. Managing Teams and freight flow processes to ensure timely an secure delivery of goods

. Supervising Staff, maintaining Warehouse and liaising with authorities and airline representatives and reporting on freight status to management

. Attend to customers request via email and telephone call wherever necessary.

. Respond to customer complaints and enquiries promptly (sense of urgency) and provide possible suggestions / solutions or assist with recovery actions whenever possible.

. Teamwork capabilities with communication and understanding of workflow.

Requirements

. Knowledge of Import or Export shipping documentation

. 3-4 years of working experience in Freight Forwarding company

. Experience in rates sourcing and quoting

. Strong leadership to train employees, manage schedules and uphold safety and security Standards for air cargo shipments

. Team worker

. 5 days per week
