Airfreight Operations Executive

Job Scope:

. Handle day-to-day airfreight export and import operations

. Coordinate with airlines, agents, transporters, and customs

. Prepare documents such as AWB, export/import permits declaration

. Monitor cargo movements and ensure timely delivery

. Communicate with customers and vendors on shipment status

. Manage shipment bookings and space arrangements

. Ensure compliance with DG (Dangerous Goods) and airfreight regulations

Requirements:

. Minimum 1-2 years experiences in airfreight operations (export/import)

. Knowledge of airfreight documentation and customs procedures

. Able to work independently and handle urgent shipments

. Good communication and coordination skills

. Proficient in MS Office and freight management systems

. Team player, responsible, and detail-oriented

Working hours:

Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm

Sat 9am to 1pm (alternate Saturday off after confirmation)
