Support the leadership of the Airfreight Import Customer Service team
Supervise and guide team members handling end-to-end import processes
Oversee daily import operations including documentation, coordination with carriers, customs compliance, billing, and job closure
Monitor service performance against SLAs and KPIs, escalating issues where necessary
Handle complex customer escalations and operational challenges
Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations and Customs to ensure smooth shipment execution
Support continuous process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Strong understanding of airfreight import workflows, documentation, and customs requirements
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on experience with CargoWise system is preferred
