Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Export Airfreight Executive to join our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing export airfreight operations and ensuring shipments are executed smoothly and in compliance with all regulations. This role is ideal for someone who is meticulous, service-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

. . Handle full set of export airfreight documentation including HAWB, MAWB, invoices, packing lists, and permits

. . Arrange bookings with airlines and co-loaders, and ensure space confirmation

. . Coordinate with overseas agents, airline representatives, and internal departments to ensure timely uplift of cargo

. . Monitor flight schedules, cargo readiness, and ensure all documentation is submitted accurately and on time

. . Ensure proper customs clearance procedures and compliance with relevant export regulations

. . Track and trace export shipments, proactively provide updates to customers, and resolve delays or discrepancies

. . Prepare and verify export billing, ensure costing is accurately reflected, and handle supplier invoices

. . Maintain and update shipment records in the freight management system

. . Build and maintain good working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders

. . Support the Export Manager in process improvements and ad hoc operational tasks

Requirements:

. . Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in airfreight export operations

. . Strong knowledge of airfreight documentation, airline booking procedures, and customs/export regulations

. . Familiar with Singapore customs procedures and systems (e.g., Tradenet, Cargo Community Network)

. . Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with freight forwarding software (e.g., CargoWise, Cargowise One, or equivalent)

. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. . Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines

. . Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude

. . Able to work independently with minimal supervision
