Position Summary
As the Aircraft Maintenance Planner at Jet Aviation, you will be supporting the PM in planning, scheduling as well as monitoring the aircraft projects and documentation process under the guidance of the Aircraft Maintenance Planner (Team Lead), in accordance with the applicable Jet Aviation procedures, Aviation Regulations and customer requirements. As an Aircraft Maintenance Planner, you will be required to liaise with various departments such as PMO, MRO, SCM, Toolstore, Billing & Quotation on assigned project on related aspects such as:
Supporting project starting and implementation
Support product delivery including paperwork
Daily operation on assigned project
Closing project
Main Responsibilities
Review the initial work scope with the Quotation team and take over ownership of the project preparation when quotation is signed
Responsible for work packages preparation and plans schedule for the maintenance execution including transferring customer PO/Signed Quote into a work order, prepares work cards, technical data (including customer specific data) and assigns resource (manhours/ scheduling) for work scope
Manage, monitor and liaison with sub-contractor and vendor availability and organisation (if required)
Manage, monitor, liaise with SCM on parts, spares and RMU kit scheduling
Check availability and serviceability of all tooling and equipment in conjunction with SCM/ Toolstore for the defined work scope (if required)
Support presentation and confirm project work scope with the customer during the input meeting with PM
Create initial GANTT chart for project with MRO and Project Manager
Identify manpower requirements to perform project work scope within quoted downtime and communicate with MRO supervisors and managers
During project execution, organize meeting with MRO and PM to identify new constraints, update GANTT chart, review impact on RTS and help decision making to provide solution to the constraint
Manage and monitor project plans meet requirements
Raise defects and scope increases the customer via Additional Work Requests (AWR) through SAP
Verification of parts pricing from SCM or supplier websites if required
Track critical parts with help of SCM
Open work orders in SAP as required
Monitor project: general progress, planned hours vs. budgeted hours, update to PM on regular basis
Ensure that all additional work is quoted in a timely manner and that customers receive regular updates through daily coordination with PM
Work closely together with billing department releasing initial down payment, invoices and credit notes (if necessary) as per contract agreement
Coordinate all required paperwork and documentation for the release to service of the AC (job cards, work report, logbook, etc.)
Liaise and provide digital/ hardcopy work packages with customer directly
Scan and archive work package upon completion of project
Assist to manage customer disputes and escalate to the appropriate level if required
Embrace continuous improvement attitude and actively contribute to Project process improvements

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a functional area or relevant work experience in aviation
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in aviation
Technical knowledge in aviation
Capacity to adapt to a challenging and fast-moving environment, with changing priorities and a dynamic workload
Ability to work under pressure and deal with tight deadlines
Ability to work on several MTX projects simultaneously and to set priorities/ taking initiatives
Result driven able to execute with high personal accountability and without supervision
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English
Computer literate (MS Office, SAP, CMP, CAMP an advantage)
High customer service orientation
Good business and financial acumen
Strong influencing skills, open mindset
Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate or equivalent (i.e.Prince2) is strongly recommended

Work Environment
The employee must be able to work in both a heavy maintenance environment and in upscale customer areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate with occasional high volume when aircrafts arrive/depart. The employee is frequently exposed to vibration. Occasional fuel fumes may permeate the workplace. Employee must be willing and able to work in all types of weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The Hangar environment may be extreme hot and cold during certain seasons of the year.
