Perform maintenance, inspections, minor cleaning, assembly/disassembly, and troubleshooting in accordance with Component Maintenance Manuals and company procedures.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders to support the production schedule at the cell level.
Collaborate closely with supervisors and support teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
Accurately update and manage repair cost estimates.
Proficiently use measuring tools including torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, and bore/depth gauges.
Ensure compliance with all Environment, Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
Maintain strict compliance with local regulations and corporate requirements, particularly in the areas of Ethics, EHS, and International Trade Compliance.
Participate actively in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, and efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of aviation maintenance experience,
NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Aerospace disciplines).
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, drawings, and service documents.
Strong computer skills (SAP knowledge preferred).
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Candidates without prior aviation experience are welcome to apply-training will be provided for junior roles.
