We are seeking a responsible and hands-on Aircon Technician to oversee daily field operations, coordinate technical teams, and ensure service standards are maintained across multiple project sites.
The ideal candidate should possess technical air-conditioning knowledge, leadership ability, and experience in managing ground operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily deployment of aircon technicians to assigned job sites
- Assign service, maintenance, repair, and installation jobs based on manpower and schedule planning
- Conduct onsite inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Diagnose escalated technical issues and provide guidance to technicians on rectification works
- Monitor progress of ongoing jobs and ensure completion within timeline
- Liaise with customers regarding service timing, site access, and technical findings
- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and operational updates
- Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, spare parts, and company assets
- Train junior technicians and improve team productivity
- Maintain workplace safety standards and compliance with company procedures
Requirements
- Related field
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in aircon servicing / maintenance industry
- Supervisory or team-leading experience preferred
- Good knowledge of split unit, cassette, VRV/VRF and commercial aircon systems
- Able to read service schedules and coordinate manpower efficiently
- Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling
- Possess Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
- Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure
