As an Air Conditioning Technician (Industrial), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Carry out installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repair works for a wide range of air-conditioning systems such as split units, casement units, and cassette-type systems

• Interpret drawings and plans to set up cooling systems, perform system commissioning, conduct operational checks, handle urgent repair needs, and ensure tools and materials are well maintained and replenished when required.

• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective tasks to keep air-conditioning units operating efficiently and reliably.

• Perform routine service activities including filter cleaning, chemical treatment, general cleaning, and full system overhauls.

• Identify and resolve electrical and mechanical issues by diagnosing faults and carrying out necessary repairs.

• Replace or install components and equipment that are defective or worn out, such as compressors, fan coil motors, and other parts.

• Respond to breakdown calls, service requests, and emergency situations promptly.

• Document all completed work accurately, prepare service reports, and obtain client acknowledgement upon completion of each job.

• Follow all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and customer-specific requirements to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

• Undertake additional responsibilities or assignments as directed by the Supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Air conditioning, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of related work experience
