AIRCON INSTALLATION FOREMAN

Leads a team installing, maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, focusing on project planning, safety , quality control and technical guidance, ensuring jobs meet design specs, codes and customer satisfaction through supervision, training, troubleshooting and coordinating materials / sub-trades.

Key duties involve site supervision / reviewing plans, assigning tasks, ensuring compliance with safety / building codes, training technicians, managing materials and liaising with project managers.
