Our client is a well-established international logistics and transportation company with a global presence, providing customized freight and logistics solutions to customers worldwide. They are located in East.

Job Scope

Manage and coordinate the end-to-end shipment process for customers.
Plan and arrange cargo space, monitor flight uplift status, and follow up on potential delays.
Liaise with customers, destination offices, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely shipment execution.
Proactively identify and resolve operational issues and service failures.
Prepare and maintain operational and KPI reports for customers.

Requirements

Strong coordination and organisational skills with good attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with logistics systems such as CW1 or other related systems.
