Job Summary

Coordinate daily air freight export operations to ensure timely and accurate shipment planning, booking, and documentation while collaborating with airlines and internal teams to optimize cargo movement.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily air freight export shipments to meet delivery schedules and client requirements
• Secure cargo space by liaising directly with airlines and managing booking schedules
• Monitor cargo movement and track shipments to ensure timely uplift and delivery
• Collaborate with airlines, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve issues such as offloads, delays, and flight schedule changes
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate export shipment documentation to comply with regulations and company standards
• Manage multiple shipments simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in air freight export, freight planning, or freight forwarding
• Good understanding of air export operations and processes
• Experience with airline bookings and cargo space planning
• Strong planning and coordination skills to manage complex shipment schedules

• Working Days: 5 Days
• Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Salary: Up to $4,300
• Benefits: 16 Days Annual Leave + $40 Mobile Allowance + $100 Transport Subsidy
• Start: Immediate
