Air Freight Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to all inquiries related to export operations
• Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange collections and address export-related matters
• Collaborate with sales teams and overseas offices to obtain airfreight approvals and confirm shipping rates
• Align with the Airfreight Planner to secure appropriate flight schedules
• Communicate with the Import Team regarding shipments intended for re-export
• Ensure export permits are applied for in a timely and accurate manner by coordinating with the relevant permits team
• Coordinate with the warehouse on cargo handling, including acceptance, release, packaging, sorting, and storage requirements
• Liaise with external service providers for tasks involving Dangerous Goods (DG) packing, crating, fumigation, and other specialized logistics needs
• Perform any other ad hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

• MinimumGCE N Level qualification.
• Experience in airfreight shipment operationsis required.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of airfreight documentation and import or export procedures is an advantage.
