Job Scopes:

  • Examine customer documents to prepare and process Air Waybills (AWBs) and issue pre-alert notifications.
  • Coordinate with customers and international stations regarding shipping instructions.
  • Prepare and submit export permit applications and related documentation.
  • Monitor, track, and verify the status of shipments.
  • Carry out any additional tasks or ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
