Air Export Executive

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate air freight import /export shipments from export freight booking, import shipment customs clearance and end delivery
• Handle documentations for all modes of air export shipments
• Preparation of export documents
• Communicate with direct clients/overseas partners and cater to their requirements and provide freight quotes and handle shipments
• Communicate with warehouse team regarding to shipment details.
• Handle end to end process of shipments
• Monitor and track shipment status, provide updates and resolve issues
• Maintain accurate records of air freight activities, including shipment details, costs, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless coordination of operations.
• Other Ad-Hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
• 2 years of relevant work experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding company
• Proficient in microsoft office (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint and Words)
• Fast learners and independent
