Job Summary
Assist the supervisor in performing various air-conditioning tasks including servicing, repairing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation, to ensure efficient system operation.
Responsibilities
- Assist the supervisor in performing general air-conditioning servicing to maintain system efficiency
- Support repairing and maintenance tasks to ensure air-conditioning units operate reliably
- Troubleshoot air-conditioning issues to identify and resolve faults promptly
- Help with the installation of air-conditioning systems, following the technical guidelines
- Communicate effectively using simple conversational English to coordinate tasks and report issues
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and maintain a service-oriented approach
- Adapt quickly to on-the-job training to improve skills and work performance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Relevant experience in air-conditioning work is an advantage
- Ability to learn quickly and work hard in a team environment
