Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive measures, equipment checksandprovide resolution.
- Repair work, actively participating in hands-on tasks (Testing and Commissioning).
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments.
- On-site standby for immediate response to incidents.
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the construction process at job sites
- Ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
- Monitor and enforce compliance with all safety regulations and requirements
- Manage and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that work is being completed to the required standards
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project managers and clients
- Manage and maintain all necessary construction documentation and records
- Ensure that all equipment and tools are in good working condition and properly maintained
- Operate and drive company vehicles as required with a Class 3 Singapore driving license
- Need to pickup & dropoff of technicians to sites when assigned by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess Class 3 driving license (optional, may drive company van when needed).
- Nitec or Diploma in related engineering filed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in construction supervision or related field
- 3-6 year of experience or above in Chiller, ACMV, HVAC. On-site basis.
- Valid Safety Supervisor certification
- Valid Class 3 Singapore driving license
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications
