Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Aircon Technician & Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning systems across residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
This is a senior-level role requiring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work independently or supervise junior technicians when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Good Working Attitude, Perform regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Diagnose and repair issues in air conditioning units, chillers, VRV/VRF systems, split units, and centralized HVAC systems.
- Install new air conditioning systems, ensuring proper configuration and safety compliance.
- Supervise and guide junior technicians as needed.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repair work.
- Monitor system performance and suggest efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry safety standards and protocols.
- Liaise with clients professionally to assess and fulfil air conditioning needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with at least 10+ years in air conditioning maintenance and repair.
- Vocational or technical certification in HVAC systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Valid driver's license (if required for field work).
