Air and Ocean Import Specialist

The specialist will be responsible for managing air and ocean import shipments, coordinating with clients and suppliers, ensuring accurate documentation, and monitoring shipment status. The role involves daily communication with warehouse teams and stakeholders, plan import and export schedules and provide daily report for management etc.

Experience in freight forwarding and logistics

Knowledge of air and ocean import procedures

Proficiency in handling customs clearance processes

Strong communication and coordination skills

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Relevant educational background in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields

Basic MS office skills
