Job Description:
1. Support market strategic planning: Based on market research and competitive analysis, formulate the GTM strategy and plan for AIOT products; determine the target customer group, core selling points and market entry points.
2. Support product launch execution: Be responsible for new product launch activities, including schedule planning, resource coordination, budget management, etc.
3. Assist in data analysis and feedback: Collect and analyze market data, sales data and consumer feedback, optimize the GTM strategy; track market trends and promptly adjust marketing plans.
4. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields;
2. Familiar with market analysis tools and data management methods;
3. Quick thinking, with good learning ability, analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to adapt to a multitasking work environment;
5. Proficient in Chinese is preferred for recruitment;
6. Intending to join Xiaomi after the internship period and become a formal employee of Xiaomi.
