Job Description
We are looking for an experienced AIOps Engineer to join our team and help drive smarter, more reliable IT operations through observability, predictive analytics, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize Splunk ITSI dashboards, KPIs, glass tables, and service maps
• Monitor system health and investigate real-time issues and anomalies
• Perform root cause analysis using observability data
• Apply Machine Learning for anomaly detection and predictive analytics
• Integrate and maintain ServiceNow CMDB/CIs with Splunk
• Develop automation scripts using Python, Linux, or similar tools
• Support ITIL processes and modern IT operations practices
Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent
Hands-on experience with Splunk ITSI or similar observability platforms
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow, including CMDB and CI relationships
Experience with Machine Learning for anomaly detection/predictive analytics
Proficient in scripting, particularly Python/Linux
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and investigation skills
