Role Description The AI Video Generative Specialist is a full-time role based in Paya Lebar with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. This role involves designing, generating, and refining video content using AI tools and workflows, from concept development to final delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating video assets, editing and enhancing footage, integrating motion graphics, and ensuring consistency with brand and campaign goals. The specialist will work closely with creative, marketing, and production teams to experiment with new media formats, optimize content for different platforms, and maintain high visual standards. The role also includes staying current with emerging AI video technologies, testing new tools, and contributing to continuous improvement of production processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Media Production,
• Proficiency in Video Editing and familiarity with industry-standard editing software and post-production workflows.
• Knowledge of New Media platforms and formats, including social, streaming, and short-form video environments.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI-driven video tools, generative media, and related technologies.
• Ability to translate creative briefs into clear visual concepts and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Media, Film, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience if preferred
• Prior experience in media agencies, entertainment, or content creation environments is an advantage.
