AI Trust & Security Lead

About the Role:

Lead Accenture's AI Trust capability across Southeast Asia by defining, assessing, and governing the security, risk, and control environment surrounding AI solutions. Act as the primary point of leadership for AI security, AI governance, AI assurance, and emerging AI-related risk matters, supporting clients in deploying AI safely, responsibly, and at scale.

The role combines deep cybersecurity expertise with practical experience assessing and securing AI systems, including generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, and knowledge-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

AI Security Leadership

Lead security assessments of AI and Generative AI solutions.

Define AI security architectures, control frameworks, and security patterns.

Assess threats, vulnerabilities, attack surfaces, and adversarial risks associated with AI systems.

Advise clients on secure deployment of AI applications, agents, models, and data ecosystems.

AI Trust, Risk & Governance

Design and implement AI governance and AI trust frameworks.

Conduct AI risk assessments covering security, privacy, compliance, model risk, operational risk, and third-party risk.

Support client readiness for emerging AI regulations, standards, and assurance requirements.

Develop control libraries and assessment methodologies for AI programmes.

AI Assurance

Lead AI control reviews, AI assurance activities, and governance assessments.

Establish metrics and evidence-based approaches for demonstrating trustworthy AI deployment.

Work with internal and client stakeholders to evaluate AI controls across the solution lifecycle.

Executive & Client Leadership

Serve as the trusted advisor for CISO, CRO, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology and AI leaders.

Lead executive-level discussions regarding AI trust, security, governance and risk.

Support business development and solution shaping for AI Trust opportunities.

Capability Development

Build and scale Accenture's AI Trust capability.

Develop reusable methodologies, accelerators, assessment frameworks and assets.

Mentor practitioners across cyber, governance, risk and AI domains.

Basic Qualification:

10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Technology Risk, Security Architecture, Security Assurance, or related disciplines.

Demonstrated experience assessing, governing, or securing AI solutions.

Experience reviewing AI use cases from a security, risk, compliance, or assurance perspective.

Strong understanding of AI technologies including Generative AI, Machine Learning, LLMs, Agentic AI, and knowledge-based systems.

Experience leading executive discussions with senior stakeholders.

Ability to translate technical and governance considerations into business decisions.

Preferred Experience

Experience in AI Governance, Responsible AI, Model Risk Management, Technology Risk, Operational Risk, or Regulatory Compliance.

Experience developing control frameworks, assessment methodologies, or assurance programmes.

Familiarity with emerging AI regulations and industry standards.

Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, SABSA, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar.
