This role focuses on identifying high-impact opportunities, shaping ideas into practical use cases, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes through AI.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, proactive, and comfortable contributing ideas in collaborative discussions. You will play a key role in translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions and driving adoption across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recommend AI-enabled opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and risk management across operational workflows
  • Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to conceptualize, design, and implement AI use cases aligned to business objectives
  • Actively contribute insights and ideas to shape AI initiatives and solution direction
  • Support end-to-end rollout of AI solutions, including the development of playbooks, SOPs, and best-practice guidelines
  • Drive adoption through user demos, training sessions, and onboarding activities
  • Coordinate cross-functional AI initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
  • Monitor performance of deployed AI solutions, gather feedback, and continuously optimize effectiveness
  • Define, track, and report KPIs to measure AI impact and realized business value
  • Support AI governance efforts, including documentation, usage guidelines, and risk and compliance controls

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations, project management, business analysis, or similar roles
  • Strong interest and exposure to AI/ML concepts, including familiarity with LLMs and automation platforms
  • Proven ability to translate business problems into practical, value-driven AI solutions
  • Comfortable working with data (e.g. Excel, dashboards, basic analytics) to derive insights
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
