Role Description The AI Solutions Architect / Solutions Architect / Management Assistant is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, coordinating, and supporting technology solutions that meet client business needs. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing requirements, developing solution architectures, and collaborating with software development teams to ensure successful implementation. The role involves managing integrations between systems, documenting business processes, and supporting project planning and communication with stakeholders. The position also includes assisting with coordination of timelines, status reporting, and risk identification to keep projects on track. The individual in this role will work closely with leadership and technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with strategic objectives and deliver consistent value.

Qualifications

Solution Architecture and Integration skills to design end-to-end technical solutions and connect systems effectively.
Consulting and Business Process skills to analyze client needs, map workflows, and recommend improvements.
Software Development skills to understand technical constraints, collaborate with engineering teams, and review implementation approaches.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business requirements into technical designs.
Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams with clear communication and documentation practices.
Familiarity with AI concepts, cloud platforms, and modern APIs is highly beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, or project coordination is preferred.
