AI Software Developer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines to support machine learning and AI model training
• Design and develop AI models and APIs, integrating them seamlessly into both application software and embedded hardware systems
• Design and build AI-driven systems components that seamlessly integrate research models into robust, scalable business solutions
• Review codes developed by team members, driving continuous improvement of AI models through algorithm refinement, code optimization, and stakeholder feedback
• Follow and improve feature development cycles, software architecture patterns, coding standards, and DevOps/MLOps best practices across the engineering team
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent professional qualifications is required
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with hands-on experience in designing, developing and deploying machine learning in real-world applications
• Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, or notebook-based development is beneficial
• Experience with transformer-based models, LLMs, and prompt engineering
• Domain knowledge of the game industry from game development to actual game operation
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java and C++ with experience in GPU-accelerated computing using CUDA and TensorRT
• Experience in application software development across multiple platforms including Windows, Linux, mobile operating systems (iOS, Android), and embedded systems
• Passion for AI, experimentation, building things, and delivering quality work
