Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Formulate To B sales strategies for AI-related products such as AI infrastructure and AI intelligent search, lead the sales team to achieve annual sales targets, contract value and collection tasks.
  • Focus on To B customers, rely on your own customer resources in China and overseas, develop key customers in the field of AI infrastructure and AI intelligent search, maintain core customer relationships, and lead business negotiations and contract signing.
  • Establish and manage the sales team, formulate assessment and incentive mechanisms, and improve the team's sales capability and execution.
  • Collect information on AI markets and competitors in China and overseas, optimize sales strategies, and coordinate various internal departments to ensure the implementation of domestic and foreign projects.

Job Requirements

  • College degree or above, with more than 8 years of To B sales experience and more than 5 years of sales team management experience. Experience in AI infrastructure, AI intelligent search related industries and customer resources in China and overseas business is preferred.
  • Possess excellent business negotiation and market development capabilities, and have high-quality To B key customer resources in China and overseas.
  • Familiar with AI infrastructure, AI intelligent search products and industry trends, accurately grasp the needs of To B customers, and promote the implementation of relevant products and solutions.
  • Possess excellent leadership and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities, be able to work under high-intensity pressure, and have a strong sense of purpose.
