What You'll Do
Identify operational bottlenecks within the sales process and develop custom, AI-driven automation chains to resolve them.
Manage and optimize regional digital advertising campaigns across programmatic, social, and mobile platforms to ensure client KPIs are achieved.
Perform deep-dive data analysis to generate weekly and ad-hoc reports featuring meaningful audience and brand insights for strategic clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional Sales, Creative, and Engineering teams to troubleshoot pacing issues and fortify client pitches with technical innovation.
Develop and execute media plans and tactical solutions based on specific client success metrics and desired campaign results.
Who You Are
A Sales-Tech Hybrid with a figure-it-out mindset, capable of mastering new AI tools and libraries independently and rapidly.
Proficient in prompt engineering and technical literacy, with experience connecting AI APIs to build multi-step automation.
Skilled in Python, SQL, and AI-augmented coding environments like Cursor.
An expert storyteller who can translate raw datasets into persuasive, executive-ready commercial narratives.
Possess Radical Curiosity and a Bias for Action—you prioritize high-impact functional tools over theoretical perfection.
Currently based in Singapore and able to commit to a full-time internship for 3–6 months without sponsorship.
Nice To Have
Previous experience managing programmatic RTB or regional LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
