AI Researcher

I'm currently helping a fast-growing AI startup to look for a highly motivated AI Researcher with a strong academic background in Physics or Mathematics. This role focuses on advancing cutting-edge AI algorithms, with a strong emphasis on theoretical foundations, modeling, and complex system analysis. Candidates with deep knowledge of quantum mechanics are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct original research in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related theoretical domains.

• Design, develop, and evaluate novel models and algorithms grounded in mathematical and physical principles.

• Apply advanced concepts from physics, mathematics, and quantum mechanics to solve complex AI problems.

• Publish research findings in top-tier conferences and journals.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research into real-world applications.

• Stay current with the latest developments in AI, theoretical physics, and applied mathematics.

Qualifications:

• PhD in Physics, Mathematics, or a closely related field.

• Strong foundation in quantum mechanics and advanced mathematical modeling.

• Proven research experience with publications in reputable journals or conferences.

• Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with quantum computing, quantum information theory, or quantum machine learning.

• Background in statistical mechanics, optimization, or computational physics.

• Experience working in interdisciplinary research environments.
