. Lead LLM research design and experimentation, focusing on core model components and methodologies.

. Conduct independent research, analyze results, and communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholders.

. Collaborate on data engineering tasks and transition low-TRL research into high-TRL engineering solutions.

. Share scientific progress regularly with supervisors and research leads to align on direction.

. Mentor team members and contribute to program initiatives publishing is encouraged but not mandatory.

What you'll need to succeed

. PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.

. R&D experience in NLP or generative AI domains.

. Expertise/ interest in LLM components like entity-relation, prompt engineering, reasoning, and sentiment analysis.

. Experience with synthetic data generation using generative AI techniques.
