Your new role

• Lead LLM research design and experimentation, focusing on core model components and methodologies.
• Conduct independent research, analyze results, and communicate findings clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate on data engineering tasks and transition low-TRL research into high-TRL engineering solutions.
• Share scientific progress regularly with supervisors and research leads to align on direction.
• Mentor team members and contribute to program initiatives publishing is encouraged but not mandatory.

What you'll need to succeed

• PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related technical field.
• R&D experience in NLP or generative AI domains.
• Expertise/ interest in LLM components like entity-relation, prompt engineering, reasoning, and sentExperience with synthetic data generation using generative AI techniques.
