AI Researcher - Data Science

We are looking for an AI Researcher to join an R&D team developing practical AI solutions across statistical modelling, predictive analytics, machine learning, and LLM-powered AI agents. Fresh graduates with strong hands-on research or project experience are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate predictive models, including regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
• Conduct statistical modelling and experimentation, including hypothesis testing, significance testing, feature analysis, and model validation.
• Perform EDA, feature engineering, and analysis on structured datasets.
• Build LLM-powered AI agents that can reason, query data, and invoke predictive models or analytical tools.
• Develop reproducible Python-based ML pipelines and evaluate model/agent performance.
• Present research findings and model limitations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in predictive modelling and statistical analysis.
• Good understanding of regression, classification, forecasting, model evaluation, and experimentation.
• Strong Python skills using Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, SciPy and related ML libraries.
• Exposure to LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI agents, or LLM fine-tuning is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical and research mindset with the ability to explain findings clearly.
• PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or related quantitative discipline.
