A reputable MNC is looking for an AI Research Scientist to join their team.

Your new role

As an AI Research Scientist, you will be responsible for:

• Drive AI innovation in sustainable HVAC systems to improve comfort, wellbeing, and indoor air quality.
• Collaborate with business units on sustainability initiatives and shape long-term product strategy.
• Lead end-to-end AI solution development, from data collection to user-focused features.
• Design experiments and build prototypes to validate and demonstrate impactful ideas.
• Manage stakeholders, partnerships, and innovation processes, including research collaborations and project reviews.

What you'll need to succeed

• PhD in a relevant field with strong research focus on AI methods.
• Expertise in AI/ML for time-series data, including modeling and prediction techniques.
• Proven publication record in top AI conferences or journals.
• Skilled in using Generative AI and LLMs to accelerate research and development.
• Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end AI solutions from concept to deployment.
• Strong innovation mindset, collaboration skills, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
