AI Research Engineer

ML Research Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated ML Research Engineer to join an AI Product team working on enterprise-grade vision intelligence solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build solutions using LLMs and Vision-Language Models (VLMs) for real-world applications.
• Design and develop agentic AI systems with structured, multi-step workflows.
• Conduct experiments, prepare data, and validate model performance and reliability.
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts for new AI capabilities.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to turn research into production-ready solutions.
• Deliver research projects with measurable business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, optimization, model architectures, and training dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with transformer-based models in computer vision or NLP.
• Strong programming, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred

• Master's or PhD.
• Publications at leading AI conferences or journals such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, or EMNLP.
• Experience with fine-tuning, transfer learning, distillation, and foundation models.
• Exposure to areas such as reinforcement learning, edge AI, robotics, diffusion models, speech, recommendation systems, or time-series forecasting.
