Job Scope

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment for our warm client pool of AI companies and AI Cloud/GPU infrastructure providers — covering roles such as AI Cloud & GPU Infrastructure Engineers (K8s, HPC, Slurm, GPU/DPU, Networking), AI Research Scientists, Algorithm/ML Engineers, LLM/AIGC Engineers, and AI product manager etc.
• Source, screen and map talent for mid/senior/leadership-level positions, with a focus on candidates from AI labs, GPU cloud providers, AI infrastructure companies and Big Tech AI teams.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, JD interpretation, candidate assessment, interview arrangement, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-through.
• Build and continuously grow a talent map / mapping of the AI ecosystem (research, infra, applied AI, AIGC) to support both current mandates and future client needs.

What You Need

• We are open to all seniorities (junior to senior).
• For junior candidates: 1 year of full-time OR 6-month intern experience in tech recruitment; prior exposure to AI/tech talent sourcing is a strong plus.
• Genuine interest in and curiosity about the AI industry — comfortable learning technical concepts (GPU/HPC, LLM infrastructure, AIGC, ML/algorithm roles) well enough to evaluate and pitch candidates credibly.
• Result-oriented, success-driven, highly motivated.
• Independent & team player.
• Good communication in English and Chinese (due to communication with some China counterparts).
