AI Project Manager / Technical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for AI product R&D - from concept, planning, and prototyping to production deployment.
• Coordinate between AI/LLM engineers, fullstack developers, product designers, and QA teams to align milestones and deliverables.
• Translate technical requirements (LLM training, backend architecture, cloud integration) into clear execution plans.
• Manage schedules, resources, risks, and priorities using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Oversee cross-team collaboration on LLM model fine-tuning, API integration, and AI feature deployment.
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, OKRs, and release timelines for new product features and performance updates.
• Ensure alignment between business strategy and engineering execution, balancing innovation and delivery.
• Implement and optimize internal workflows using Jira, Notion, or Asana, and ensure documentation consistency.
• Track key outcomes such as delivery velocity, code quality, and system stability through quantitative metrics.
• Support cross-border collaboration among Singapore, China, Japan, and Australia teams.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Around 3 years of project management experience in the technology sector, including AI or fullstack development projects
• Experience managing projects involving LLM development, API integration, cloud deployment, or SaaS product delivery will be an advantage
• Prior project experience in the education, legal, or financial industries will be a plus.

Technical Understanding

• Strong familiarity with LLM architectures, model fine-tuning workflows, and inference pipelines.
• Understanding of fullstack product lifecycles, including Next.js/React frontends and Node.js/Python backends.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Vercel) and CI/CD automation.
• Comfortable interfacing with both engineers and business/product teams.
