AI Project Manager

Responsibilities

. The candidate is responsible for executing and managing Gen AI and data-related projects

. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders and leverages technical expertise and project management skills to drive strategic Gen AI initiatives.

. Lead end-to-end delivery of regional projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met.

. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruption.

. Act as the primary liaison between regional offices, central teams, and external partners.

. Communicate progress and challenges to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations.

. Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future initiatives

. Lead resource planning, including staffing, budgeting, and procurement activities.

. Ensure projects adhere to corporate and regulatory requirements.

. Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Skills/Requirement

. Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field.

. 5 years of experience in IT industry and 5 years in AI/ML project management.

. Foundational knowledge of AI, data analytics, and cloud technologies

. Experience in project management methodologies - Agile, Waterfall, Lean

. Experience in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana
